Added files for integration into IPBoard 3.1.x.
File authentication uses authorization IPBoard (Invision Power Board), checks for the session, as well as the user has administrator rights. Ie if you enter into the admin area of the IPBoard, you can enter into dumper without entering the password.
By default, the dumper will be installed in the directory "ipb".
